These terms apply to your use of sugras.com and to the live online cooking classes offered by Sugras Culinary Classes ("Sugras", "we").
Classes and registration
- Classes are held live online using an online meeting platform selected for each class. The date, time, price and capacity are shown with each class. Access details are provided to registered participants.
- Registration is complete when payment is confirmed through Stripe. Seats are limited and are filled in order of payment.
- You are responsible for your own internet connection, equipment and ingredients. A shopping list is provided before each class.
Cancellations and refunds
All registrations are final. We do not accept cancellations or offer refunds. If you are unable to attend, contact us and we will try to accommodate you in an alternate class if a spot becomes available. An alternate class is not guaranteed.
Food safety and allergies
Classes involve cooking with heat, knives and common allergens such as nuts, dairy and gluten. You are responsible for cooking safely and for checking ingredients against your own dietary needs and allergies.
Recording and content
Class content, recipes and materials are owned by Sugras and are for your personal use. Please do not record, redistribute or resell them without permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sugras is not liable for injuries, losses or damages arising from participation in a class or from use of this website, which are provided "as is".
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
